Episode 10 - Mac Palette Case Sleeve from Pandemica Apparel on Vimeo.

MATERIALS:
• Fabric: 2 pieces, each measuring 19.75" x 8.5"
• Bias Tape*: 1/2" double-fold tape

How to create a Mac Palette Case Sleeve:
• First place the two pieces of fabric right sides together and sew along the sides that measures 8.5 inches. Once you've sewn both ends turn inside out and top stitch.
• Now fold the ends inward 4.5 inches on both sides.
• Next attach the bias tape, let the bias tape stick out about 1/2 inch from the ends and sew using a 3/8 inches seam allowance. Fold the bias tape over and turn the corners inward and pin, now your ready to top stich. Repeat this step on the other side.
• Ta-Da! Your Done!

If you want, you could embroider the color on the sleeve before you start sewing it all together. For example, if you have all blue shadows in your mac palette you could embroider the word "Blue", either on the inside or on the outside. Or one could make each sleeve in a different color, making it easier to locate your eye shadows.

How to Depot Your MAC Eyeshadows:

To make your own bias tape you will need 1.5" bias strips of fabric and a bias tape maker, found in the quilting section of your local fabric store.
